The house is located in the tiered-developed residential area on a hill. From the site, the beautiful scenery of the lake can be viewed.
The customer requested that the view be fully utilized and that the space be opened while not being bothered by eyes of neighborhood.
In this project, versatile spaces that incorporate light and scenery were intended by the windows in order to bring out the best in this house.

This latest design is incorporated into an idyllic residential development that combines the well-being of a modern and Mediterranean lifestyle in harmony with the environment, with maximum comfort and privacy.
El encargo del proyecto consistió en la reforma integral de una vivienda-ático de 60 m² útiles y 15 m² de terraza, situada en la última planta de una finca construida recientemente, en el barrio de Legazpi (Madrid) La orientación y condiciones de la vivienda, última planta volcada a un patio interior de manzana de grandes dimensiones, propician que sea un inmueble muy luminoso y tranquilo.
