The Azul Hotel is located in the seaside village of Suances (Cantabria) next to the Playa de la Cocha and close to Playa de Los Locos.
The project to remodel the Hotel Blue Suances (Cantabria) emerged from the proposal to transform the old gastronomic space dedicated to weddings in a multipurpose room place, where they had different spaces: the café, restaurant and even the halldel hotel.
Set amongst beech-wooded farmland high in the Chiltern Hills, Park Corner Barn was originally part of the neighbouring farm estate and was used as an agricultural threshing and cattle barn until themid-1990s.
Built in traditional brick and flint in the late eighteenth century, the barn was enlarged to twice its original size thanks to a Victorian addition in 1864- resulting in the building which stands today.

Redux House is located in the countryside of São Paulo, Itatiba, in a gated community called Quinta da Baroneza. The open land, on a downwards slope terrain and with a west facing view, is on the edge of a large environmental preservation area of a native forest, aspects which determined the implantation as well as the residence’s architectural design approach.
Situated in a Conservation Area in Islington, this Victorian maisonette has been reconfigured and extended to create a spacious, light and modern family home. Prior to the alterations, the bedrooms were located to the lower floor which felt dark and enclosed. On the upper floor the kitchen and living room lacked any relationship with the rear external courtyard, which consequently felt detached and unusable.
Zighizaghi is a multi-sensorial urban garden created by OFL Architecture that stems from a collaboration with the client Milia Arredamenti and Farm Cultural Park.
The project springs from the need to create a welcoming place for the citizens of Favara while simultaneously donating to the city an innovative public space shaped from the perfect combination of wood and vegetation.
Vinyl mix is a salon with a library- This is a relocation project for a salon we designed previously. This is the youngest and most lively of the salon’s locations. The staff has curated a collection of books to showcase their ideas and personalities. The name “vinyl’s mix” reflects the owner’s idea of integrating music, art and other forms of cultural expression into a hair salon. The library represents this ideal.
The mountain with its historic cathedral Seu Vella and the Segre River marks the high point and low point of Lleida (Lerida), the second city of Catolonia, following Barcelona. La Llotja theatre and congress centre sits on the banks of the Segre, somewhat outside the centre of the city. Mecanoo’s design interprets the landscape of Lleida as the exciting scenery before which the building has been placed, somewhat further from the river. The mise-en-scène is elaborated on three levels of scale. Regarded from the large scale of the region, the building forms a link between the river and the mountain. Viewed from the urban scale, La Llotja and the river form a balanced composition. At street level the cantilevers of La Llotja de Lleida provide protection from sun and rain.
The architects of the STABILO CUBE used green-coloured “Heradesign superfine” acoustic boards from Knauf AMF. About 100 employees from the Marketing and Sales departments of the international writing instrument manufacturer work in an excellent acoustic environment in the new STABILO CUBE administration building. This is made possible by the use of Heradesign acoustic boards from the ceiling specialist Knauf AMF. The architectural highlight: The boards are coloured bright green, reminiscent of the famous highlighters. However, this is not the only special feature. During their school days, training and study, almost everyone has used highlighters. It is also very likely that these were made by STABILO, which has sold more than 2 billion of them since the market launch in 1971. Leer más
Olivares arquitectos – This project addresses an excess of servitude derived from the demanding topography and strict regulations through a straightforward strategy: a compact, clean and tidy body overlooking the Atlantic’s rising face and enjoying a panoramic view of the Anaga Mountains to the west. It is a simple‐volume step section that tries to sit naturally on the terraced slope.
Located on top of a hill, in a residential area accessible by car, the house begins in the garage.

Team project – The Bands project is located in Kleivan, north of the Polar Circle, in an archipelago formed by an 1100 m high wall of mountains and cliffs that stretches 250 kms. into the North Sea.
The site is on a quay containing three existing buildings: a fisherman’s cottage, a cod liver oil production building, and a cod salting building all of which were part of a now abandoned fishing village. These buildings date back to the early 1900s and are protected as they are the remains of a form of life prevalent in this region which has ceased to exist.

Oscar Pedros – “Thinking on a 21th. Century library -as a friend of mine would say-, is like wondering about a book´s cemetery”. At that point, all efforts must conciliate architectonic non-variable values as sequence, promenade and staying with immateriality brought by new technologies. There is no other solution than sharing jealously material space with virtuality to avoid Carballo´s newest building ending as book warehouse. The building is placed in Carballo, a medium-sized spanish village (30.000 inh.), 35 km. far away from A Coruña, Galicia, Northwest Spain. Urban atmosphere is strongly rude, full of party walls and unfinished housing blocks. The building becomes quite hermetic and opens itself to an inner patio acting as an open space for reading.
